Cheyne Terrace
Lennox acquired this Chelsea apartment off plan from the developer, Native Land, in 2012 and completed the purchase when construction was completed in 2014. We were able to redesign what was originally a three-bedroom flat into a wonderfully proportioned ‘empty nester’ home, measuring 2450 sq ft. The flat was rented for two years and subsequently sold off-market in 2017.
