Acquired in 2011, we rented out this house while we applied for planning permission to fully redevelop the house and excavate a basement measuring 1000 sq ft. With the help of architects Stanhope Gate and interior designer Melissa Wyndham Associates, we successfully transformed this un-spectacular house into a beautiful 4200 sq ft, 6-bedroom family residence in one of Chelsea’s most sought after streets. It was successfully rented from 2015-2023 and then sold at a significant premium per square foot for a house in Chelsea.
