Mulberry Walk
We bought this house with an existing tenant at the end of 2010. Two years later, we embarked on a major redevelopment, increasing the size of this Chelsea residence by 1500 sq ft to create a wide family house measuring 5200 sq ft. With Collett Zarzycki and Melissa Wyndham Associates overseeing the interior architecture and design, the house was tenanted since it was completed in 2014 and sold in 2019.
