Clarendon Road
Bought in 2014, we spent a year amending and refining the existing planning consent, followed by two years building the house with a design team that included BBPartnership, Collett Zarzycki and Todhunter Earle. The result is our largest and most ambitious project to date: a wide, 6-bedroomed house, measuring 6500 sq ft, which has direct access onto one of Notting Hill’s most prestigious communal gardens. The house was let immediately following its completion in 2018 and was then sold in 2023 for what was a record price per square foot for a house in London.
